Our purpose for travel was to move my Mom from the Kootenays to Vancouver Island to be closer to family. It had been an exhausting and emotional time, and in particular, moving day. We were travelling with all of her possessions and arrived very late at night. Your staff were so friendly and accommodating. They were kind and made us feel so warm and welcomed! Although the rooms did not end up being side by side, we appreciated one room having a view of our uhaul trailer to ensure we could keep an eye on the vehicle.

The large soaker tub in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise, extra pillows and blankets already in the room - didn't have to ask for them. The woman at the front desk was very kind and informative - she made sure I was informed and had everything I needed. Was patient while I had to deal with a credit card issue and was super helpful.

Good location. I had a problem with my room and staff handled it right away and did a good job responding to my needs. They really cared about me. Good, clean comfortable room.
